A co-worker of mine is in the process of moving to a smaller home, and, having heard of our furniture-less circumstances, offered Dan and I a futon, some chairs, and a desk. Of course, I immediately accepted the offer. She dropped off the items this morning, and I spent a good portion of the afternoon "fixing up" our sparsely-furnished guest room. Now, it is the only comfortable room in the apartment.
